Hi, I’m Marden, a 21-year-old business and digital marketing student from South Wales.
And yes, that’s me on a huge rock in Vietnam (no LinkedIn headshot here!). I’m just a normal uni student with a passion for website design and digital marketing.
Marden Digital started during my gap year. I’d tried a bit of everything: roadworks, restaurant shifts, retail, even insurance, but nothing felt right. What excited me was the idea of building something of my own.
I noticed so many small businesses in my town had websites that hadn’t been updated in years. That’s where I saw my opportunity: helping them rebuild and modernise their online presence.
My first big break came with A&J Future Fitness, who trusted me to rebuild their website (and later run ads). They’re still a client today. From there, I kept growing, gaining more clients and experience along the way.
I’ve also been recognised as a King’s Trust Entrepreneur of the Future, awarded grants through the Bathgate Boost Award via Liverpool John Moores University’s Start-Up Hub, and have been paired with experienced business mentors who believe in what I’m building. These opportunities have helped me develop both my business and marketing skills while keeping Marden Digital running full-time.
I work directly with every client, taking the time to understand their goals and making sure their websites, marketing, and branding genuinely support their business growth. It’s hands-on, personal, and practical, the kind of approach that MardenDigital is built from.
